Introducing our Mens' Retreats



Our men's retreats offer a safe and welcoming environment away from other societal expectations, where men can connect and share issues they may otherwise find difficult to discuss.


Activities and workshops include breathwork, ice baths, mindfulness practices, nutrition advice, sound bathing, mindful walking, and more. On our residential and wilderness retreats, we use activities such as hill walking, wild camping, and bushcraft to harness the natural restorative power of the outdoors.

  • Practical We concentrate on self-help and self-care techniques that can be easily applied to our busy everyday lives

  • Connection Through discussion, we connect and realise we are not alone. Our issues are often normal reactions to life's events, and being human can often be complex!
