Well-being Walk at Delapre Abbey Jan 18th 2025

Wellbeing & Wellness Walk is aimed at anyone who wants to take some time out from the hassles of daily life. Covering a distance of around 5K, the walks will start at Coach House Delapre Abbey and then walk via Northampton University to collect anyone wanting to join the walk from the RushMills area (meeting point is Midsummer Meadow Car park opposite Skoda Garage 10.30). Walk Leader will be in Space 2 Talk High Viz. Walk will last around 60-90 Mins, with a stop for coffee and chat.
